Dream Finders Homes For the Love of Chocolate 5K - SOLD OUT!

For the Love of Chocolate 5K includes:

  • All 5K participants will receive a chip timed race, t-shirt, finishers medal and sweet treats at the finish line!

  • Registration includes a yummy Strawberry Donut from Southern Hill Farms

  • LiveTrends will provide a FREE themed and handcrafted plant to all participants!

  • FREE Coffee from Foxtail Coffee in Winter Garden/Clermont

  • Kids race will include a race medal and bib plus some fun Valentines Chocolate treats! Distances vary between 50 yard to 200 yard dashes depending on the age and ability of your child.

Registration Fees

  • 5K - SOLD OUT!
    $35 regular registration (before 2/1/2025)
    $40 late registration (on or after 2/1/2025)

  • Kids Races - SOLD OUT!
    $15 regular registration

Registration closes at 6pm on Friday, February 14, 2025 OR if the races sell out!. There will be NO Race Day registration may be available but is not guaranteed.

Run the Holidays with Us!

Packet Pick Up:

  • Early Packet Pick-up will take place on Friday, February 14th at a Dream Finders Homes located in the Palms of Windermere NEW neighborhood which sits at the intersection of Summerlake Park Blvd & Reams Rd. Early Packet pickup will be open from 11am - 5:30pm. GPS Coordinates - 28°26'56.3"N 81°35'37.1"W & look for the Florida Running Co feather flag + the Dream Finders Homes Feather Flags located outside the Model home!

  • If you are not able to attend early packet pick up on Friday, Race Day Packet Pick Up will take place on Saturday, February 15th at the race site beginning at 6:45am.

Parking

  • FREE parking is available at Southern Hills Farm. Follow signs to GATE 4 to access the Public parking lot. There are signs directing you by Southern Hills Farm to Gate 4 off of Schofield Road.

Results & Awards

  • All 5K finishers will receive a medal!

  • 5K awards include the following:

    Top 3 Overall Male and Females

    Top Overall Master award - Male and Female

    Top 3 Male and Female age group awards in the following categories: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Course

  • The 5K trail/dirt course is chip timed. Please remember to wear your bib on the front of your shirt.

  • One water station will be on the course at approximately the 1.5 mile mark.
